Meningitis: Zamfara governor replies Emir Sanusi, says ‘practise what you preach'
The governor of Zamfara State, Abdulaziz Yari, has tackled the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, for criticising his response to the outbreak of meningitis in several northern states. Mr. Yari, whose state has been worst hit by the epidemic, with over 200 people killed, had told journalists that Nigerians were facing divine punishment for their sins.
