NOTICE OF FAKE TWITTER ACCOUNTS
The attention of His Excellency, Hon Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar ( Shattiman Zamfara) has been drawn to several fake twitter accounts opened in his name and being operated by some fraudsters with the intention of causing mischief and fracas between the Governor and the Presidency.
In the twitter and other online platforms accounts, the operators are campaigning for the Executive Governor of Zamfara state and Chairman Nigeria Governors' Forum for the post of President in the 2019 presidential election.
The Executive Governor is hereby informed the general public that the creators and managers of such fraudulent twitter and indeed all other related online platforms accounts are doing such campaigns on their own.
The Executive Governor has neither indicated his interest to contest for any political position in the Country, nor asked anybody to campaign on his behalf for the position of the President.
The task before the Executive Governor as at now is to accomplish the mandate the people of Zamfara state have given him.
The attention of the General Public is therefore drawn to such campaigners of columny who bent on tarnishing the image of His Excellency at all cost.
The General Public is also advised to ignore any information from such fake online platforms accounts and campaigners as all are fake and baseless.
The Executive Governor stands by His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, President and Commander - in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
