I have started seeing campaigns in the social media with profession or certificate. I don't think if that will work at this material time.
To me, to be a good leader doesn't relate to one's profession or certificate, as we witnessed in the first republic (our founding fathers) with mostly TC11 certificate, or at most, NCE or equivalent, and the present crop of our leaders with bulk of certificates.
When one compares and contrasts the two, he will know and see the difference in terms of achievements, patriotism and sincerity of purpose.
What we need now, is your capacity, vision, integrity, sincerity of purpose and the willingness and ability to articulate and implement the set objectives with utmost good faith, irrespective of your shelves of certificate or highly professional you are in your discipline. We have tested the "certificates only" criteria, and it woefully failed.
If one possesses the degree or being a professional in his endeavour, let him accumulate the rest, because that's not enough for him to be a good leader.

However, I'm disappointed the most, by the Governor's media aide, in the person of Yakasai, whom I expected to explain the consequences of such action to the Governor; but to my surprise, the deci...
