GOV YARI BOWS TO CITIZEN'S PRESURE AND VISIT MENINGITIS ISOLATION CENTERS IN GUSAU By Anas Sani Anka

As members of the Civil Society groups in Zamfara, all we were agitating for the past seven days is for the Governor to visit these meningitis isolation camps and see things for himself.

Many say he will not but we believe we have the powers as committed citizens to sustain the presure on him and insist that he must visit these innocent citizens no matter what the opinion he hold on the outbreak.

Finally he has visited some isolation camps and the media aid to SA Dosara Malam Dahiru Ismaila has not clearly stated what transpired in these isolation camps.

Kudos to likeminded citizens of Zamfara who sustain the presure on the Governor through constructive criticisms on the social media.

All i want to say, is as citizens we hold the powers to influence our leaders to do the right thing and lets keep to this style of holding our leaders accountable.
