The security Situations in Zamfara state is becoming tremendous, hazardous and unconditional which needs International, National and collective concerns of all.
The blood and the tears of innocent people that always shade with no reason is something we must be mindful of.
People living in zamfara state both in the urban areas and villages are in serious doubt about their lives and its survival. Their lives are always in danger and threats upon near daily reports of killing lives of innocent people always rising unabated sadly all in the name of banditry, cattle rustling and Terrorism. What a sorrowful conditions!...
The hope, liberty and Freedom of people living in such areas are in uncertainty and fears. If you visit zamfara state villages today more especially areas like Dansaudau Maru Local government, some part of Birnin magaji local government, Anka local government and some part of Zurmi, shinkafi, Maradun, Gusau and Tsafe villages you will find life there is very difficult and everything is totally wrong. your heart will shake as if to boost out.
You will see a total collapse of law and order especially in such mentioned above areas things like forced marriages, kidnapping of little girls, murder, banditry, and arson are celebrated in those villages yet it seems like nobody seriously cares or step to take much needed action to control it. Constituted authorities turned blind eyes to the happenings and the stories hardly make it to mainstream media. Armed militia operate in the open, impose taxes and run open courts in zamfara villages. where are we heading?
In Zamfara state villages there is constant case of kidnapping of little girls, who are forcefully turned into wives without their wishes. Just a recent, about 50 peoples were allegedly murdered in places like Tungar kahau, Gidan hanya and Mallamawa Villages of Shinkafi local Government. Yet No serious word of action from the authorities or any sign of an investigation into the matter.
The governor is outside the state doing what only he can tell. Why Constant killing in Zamfara state?
Zamfara Villages could hitherto boast of having thousands of cows but because of the activities of cattle rustlers they no longer own a single cow.
These men and their irk attack of villages constantly, stealing cows and selling them off in other states freely continues unchecked. "Wannan rayuwa tayi muni"
There are many crimes in this part of country that continue to go unpunished. Even when such criminals are arrested, they walk away free after a day or two at the police stations that are mostly understaffed, ill-equipped and corrupted (Allegations).
Many peoples suggested that zamfara state Insecurity issue is a political one but to me i have seen it not but a thing thet requires an emergency action. Government should urgently do something to stop this bleedings. General public should also have some roles to play in promoting peace by reporting any security threats in thier areas to the nearest authority accordingly because the maintenance of peace is for all of us.
It's very necessary for the Federal government of Nigeria and the zamfara state government to look into this problem and take drastic action and immediately send security forces all over those sensitive areas of Zamfara state for the sake of Peace restoration.
We pray may Allah S.W.A to restor peace, comfortability and prosperity in the Zamfara state and the country at large.
