Constitutionally, the striking unions has every right to collectively demand for their legitimate and lawful benedictions and welfare as enshrined by the Nigerian civil rules as you are duty bound to listing and come to the light of their demand.
Zamfara state is our state, therefore we have a collective responsibility to make it great in order to compete with counter States.
This letter also intended to remind you of your duty as a governor under political dispensation that you are elected to serve but not to be served, to give but not to take, you therefore must dance to the turn of the vast, majority of the electorate and must also listing to their demand as the reason why they voted you in to a position you are today.
It is becoming clear day by day that your cabinet members are not engaged in taking decision in your administration and you seems to be keeping yourself at a distance from the advice of the council of chiefs, political elite and perhaps your colleagues from the neighboring states, you wouldn't have been this arrogant in the side of your subjects.
Zamfara state you are leading, has almost paralysed economically today due to industrious action, but you seems to be careless about it, please your Excellency don't allow yourself to be deceived by your ego due illusion of power, because you will surely regret your action after you left office.
Your excellency sir, you are always much in a hurry to blackmail your people of disobedience to Allah, but you are worst than your subjects.
Your in ability to settle down your backlog of gratuity, non implementation of promotion and advancement, misappropriation of bailout and Paris club refunds, non implementing minimum wage and that idea of quick sacking employee unnecessarily in the state is something everyone should condemn in the state.
I am afraid, what will be of my state in future, if we continue to have leaders like you.
Yours Faithfully
Hadi Salisu
