POST UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY (D.E) SCREENING EXERCISE FOR 2017/2018
This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the Federal University Birnin-Kebbi as their first choice (i.e. most preferred institution) that the University Post UTME and Direct Entry (D.E) Admissions Screening Exercise for the 2017/2018 Academic Session is scheduled to hold from Friday, 29th to Saturday, 30th September, 2017.
Candidates are hereby advised to visit the University’s portal at www.screening.fubk.edu.ng to apply. The sum of N2,300.00 naira only (inclusive of bank charges) shall be paid for the screening exercise through any commercial bank in Nigeria, by using the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and invoice generated on the University’s portal.
ELIGIBILITY
For UTME
Only candidates who chose the University and have scored 180 points and above are eligible to attend the exercise. However, those who attended the School of Basic Studies of the University and passed the prescribed examination require a minimum of 160 points at UTME.
For Direct Entry.
Only candidate who chose the University as their first choice and have minimum qualification of Lower Credit at National Diploma from recognized institutions or 7 points at NCE/IJMB or equivalent qualifications are eligible to attend the exercise.

GROUP A: Faculty of Arts, Social and Management Sciences and Faculty of Environmental Sciences.
DATE: Friday, 29th September, 2017
TIME: 9:00a.m. prompt
VENUE: University Permanent Site, Along Kalgo - Bunza Road, Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State.
GROUP B: Faculty of Science, College of Health Sciences and All Direct Entry Candidates.
DATE: Saturday, 30th September, 2017
TIME: 9:00a.m. prompt
VENUE: University Permanent Site, Along Kalgo - Bunza Road, Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State.
NOTE: Candidates should fill-in their current e-mail addresses and phone numbers in the application form for easy contact. They are also to come along with the following:
(i) Original of UTME result slip and photocopy of same
(ii) Original DE JAMB slip (for DE candidates)
(iii) Original and photocopies of credentials (where available)
(iv) Evidence of payment
(v) Two (2) Passport-size photographs.
