The attack on Northerners in the East is totally wrong. Anyone with common sense will condemn it. These poor people you see around hustling day by day have nothing to do with Nigeria's problems. They are victims of the Nigerian state.

If you have issues with the federal government in Igbo land, you should face the federal government not poor people living among you because of their tribe or religion. I personally totally condemn the senseless attack.

I also condemn the military operation in the East which triggered all this.

And I must say I condemn the attacks on Igbos in Jos.

But it is not all bad. It is refreshing to see some youths in Kano and other places dressed in Igbo dress calling for peace. The sponsors and organizers have douse so much tension.
