UPDATES REVIEW ON THE RECENT CONTRACT AWARD BY GOVERNOR YARI

Supervision as integral part to the success of any project be it public or private in nature.                 

The implementation of any physical structure, like construction and renovation of buildings targeting to improve a particular sector of the economy like education, is what is expected of any positive government.

A well calculated and articulated planned to revitalize the education sector from the grassroots is being champion by the administration of Governor A A Yari in the state.

ZSUBEB as line and coordinating agency identified and come up with the locations of primary schools that requires urgent attention by the state government. 

In view of the above contact was awarded to indigenous contractors to the tune of over 3.6billion naira for the renovation and construction of primary schools in the state and ten education secretaries offices.                                  

From the public relations unit of zsubeb we stand to provide updates of the implementation from the various locations of the projects.                                  

Our area of sampling start with Gusau, Tsafe and Bungudu local government areas, were we visited the following project sites:-

BUNGUDU LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

The picture below shows the level of renovation exercises of some blocks of classrooms at Kwatar kwashi model primary school.

TSAFE LOCAL GOVERNMENT                

At maza waje model primary school Tsafe the project of fencing the school is at foundation level

While the renovation of the existing blocks of classrooms is at this level as at the time of our visit on Wednesday 29/08/2017

GUSAU LOCAL GOVERNMENT            

PR unit were at Janyau model primary school and the level of the fencing project looked as follows

In a later time when we revisited Janyau model primary school gusau the project is at this interesting level of compeletion.

According to the contractor Alhaji Kabir Mai kanwa, thanks the state government for giving him chance to contribute his quarter for the development of education in the state.

Also UBE low-cost primary school is one of the benefiting schools from the gesture of the state government of renovation and fencing project.
